• for sale 的用法
◦ 意思是“待售”，表示某件商品处于可以被交易的状态
◦ 相当于 up for sale
▪ That chair is not for sale. 那把椅子是非卖品。
▪ I asked him whether the car was up for sale. 我问他这辆车是否可出
售。
◦ 与 on sale 的区别
▪ on sale 的中文意思是指“促销；打折或减价销售”
▫ These Nike sneakers are on sale. 这些耐克的鞋子正在打折促销。
▫ on sale 还有“进入销售环节”的意思
◦ Tickets are on sale from the booking office. 售票处正在售
票。
• worth 的用法
◦ worth 作介词，意为“值得”
▪ 常用的搭配
▫ be worth sth. 值······钱
◦ This art collection is worth a fortune.这些艺术品价值连城。
▫ be worth nothing/not be worth anything 一文不值
◦ It’s a very old machine so I think it is worth nothing.
这台机器很老了，我觉得它一文不值。
▫ worth a trip/visit 值得去玩/参观
◦ The local museum is worth a visit.这家当地的博物馆值得参
观。
▫ for what it’s worth 无论如何/不管有没有价值
◦ Here’s the list of names, for what it’s worth.
这里有一张名单，不管有没有用。
• have the last word 的用法
◦ 意思是“有决定权，有话语权”
▫ She does like to have the last word in any discussion.
她确实喜欢商量什么事情最后都是自己说了算。
◦ last 前面一定要加定冠词，表示 first, second 等的序数词前面要加定冠词
◦ 同义替换
▪ have a say/voice 有话语权
▫ She always has a say in the location of the meeting.
她对于会议的举办地总是有相当的话语权。
▪ have the final say 有最终的决定权
▫ Women always have the last word.
女人总是最后拍板的那一个。

【语法点拨】英语中的其他数词
◦ 编号、温度、长宽高及货币
▪ 货币：基数词+货币单位（yuan 元/dollar 美元/pound 英镑）
▫ yuan 一般没有复数形式，但 dollar 和 pound 有复数形式，都是在词
尾加 s

多少钱？

▪ 编号：序数词+名词或者是名词+基数词
