This is a photograph of our village.

Our village is in a valley.

◦ 意思是“另一个”
◦ 泛指三个或三个以上的人或物中没有确定的另一个
◦ 后面可以直接加名词，也可以+数词+名词，顺序不能变动

▪ 这种用法=数词+more+名词

• come out（of）的用法
◦ 从······出来
◦ 后面一般加表示地点的名词
◦ come out of nowhere 突然地、出乎意料地出现
▪ The problem didn't come out of nowhere.这个问题并不是没来由
的。
◦ come out 有三种常用的意思
▪ 出现；出结果
▪ 显露；露出
▪ 出版；发行

【语法点拨】一般现在时
一般现在时主要表示经常发生的动作或存在的状态。谓语动词形式为动词原形，当主
语是单数第三人称时，动词原形后加上-s 或-es。
• be 动词的一般现在时：主语+be(am, is, are)+...

第一人称单数 I am
第三人称单数 he/she/it is
第二人称单数 you are
各人称复数 we/you/they are
• 实义动词的一般现在时：主语+动词原形/动词原形-(e)s

• 一般现在时的用法
◦ 表示经常性、习惯性的动作或存在的状态
▪ Our village is in a valley.我们的村庄在一座山谷之中。
◦ 表示普遍真理、科学事实、格言警句等不受时间限制的客观存在
▪ The earth is round.地球是圆的。
▪ There are four seasons in a year.一年有四季。
◦ 表示最近按计划或安排将要发生的动作
▪ I am off.我要走了。
▪ 主要用于 start, go, come, begin 等动词
▫ I start for Shanghai tomorrow.我明天去上海。
